Meet our Staff

Chad Womack
Pastor
Chad grew up in Wylie, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University and holds a Master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University and is currently working on his Doctorate of Ministry degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Chad and his wife, Dani, have two adult children, Conner, and Caitlyn. Chad is passionate about sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and enjoys taking people on journeys across the street and around the world.
Favorite Passage:
Philemon 1:6 "I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ."

Bill Claiborne
Worship and Administrative Pastor
Bill grew up in Jacksonville, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Music degree from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall and holds a Master of Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth.
His local church ministry experience of over 50 years includes churches in east and central Texas, ElPaso, and central California where he also was a part of establishing a Christian school. Just before coming to Friendship he served Texas Baptists (BGCT) for six years as a leadership strategist and consultant. These experiences have afforded him the opportunity to have served in every area of church life. Bill and his wife, Shasta, have four children and ten grandchildren.

Justin Hughes
Student Minister
Justin grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas. With a business degree from Collin College, Justin works in physical therapy as a Rehab Technician at McKinney Methosdist Hospital. He has a passion for seeing students grow in their relationship with the Lord as well as leading them in worship. Justin and his wife, Kacie, have two children, Addison and Nolan.
Favorite Passage:
Isaiah 26:8 "In the path of your judgments, O LORD, we wait for you; your name and remembrance are the desire of our soul."

Debbie Johnson
Pastor's Assistant
Debbie grew up in Booneville, Mississippi. Missions hold a special place in Debbie’s heart after serving for over 2o years as a Girl’s in Action leader at Deer Park First Baptist Church. She and her husband, Glen, have one daughter, Kimberly. Kimberly and her husband, Michael, have blessed their lives with 3 beautiful grandchildren, Peter, Sarah, and Luke.

Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Dani Womack
Interim Preschool and Children's Director
Dani grew up in Wylie, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a Math Specialization from The University of North Texas. Dani has over 25 years of experience in education, teaching in both private and public schools. She is currently employed with Wylie ISD and has served in both children’s and student ministries. She is excited to partner with parents to help children develop a love for the Lord and for those around them.
