Faith Family and Friends,
I am reaching out to you to let you know that for the next two weeks we will not be holding services at the church, but will be providing an opportunity for you to worship with us online. We will be providing this opportunity in one of two ways. First, you can join us by clicking https://www.facebook.com/cftcfairview. This will take you to our Facebook site. If you do not have Facebook, let me encourage you to join if for no other reason than to be able to participate in our services. We will also be uploading the service to YouTube. Beginning at 11am these links will be available for viewing.
Please know that this will be our first attempt to provide services online. This could be a bit rough, but we are doing everything we can with the resources we have. This first week will include a couple songs and a shortened (cough, cough, cough) sermon. I apologize for this inconvenience. Please know that in the midst of this, we are still a church and will continue to be the church. This is a time to grow deep and wide in our faith. Please do not allow this to be a time for your faith to grow weary or a time to grow spiritually weak. I will be sending out an email this weekend with Sunday’s sermon outline as well as lyrics to the songs we will be singing.
In addition, please remember that we will begin our 21 days of prayer and fasting on Monday. You will find attached a guide to lead you as you pray. Also, I will be providing a daily Facebook video to lead us through this time.
Regarding giving, the plan is to have online giving available beginning next week. You can also mail in checks, the church office is still open during these crazy days.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
